Contact Forms: Contact Us, Applications (volunteer, intern, teaching artist/facilitator, youth organization). The information requested on these forms is the minimum necessary in order for us to respond to inquiries. This information is used within our organization only. Please note that we do not ask for your birthday or full address on our applications. If you do not wish to fill out an application online, please contact us at learnmore@arts-for-all.org and we will provide a PDF of the application via email.
Arts For All, Inc. currently does not require any visitors to login to use our site.
Media
If you upload images or files via the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Uploaded images or files will be purged from the website within 1-year.
