Anna Roberts Ostroff – Executive Director
Anna holds a BFA in Drama from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied Musical Theater and minored in Applied Theater and Psychology. While in college, Anna did multiple arts outreach programs through her club, Community Connections. Community Connections, which later transitioned into Arts For All, also won the President’s Service Award at NYU two years in a row. Anna has many professional theatrical credits from all over the country and has also served as a producer on multiple theatrical productions both inside and outside of New York City. In the past, Anna worked as a teaching artist for many organizations: the Children’s Theatre of Annapolis in Maryland, where she taught musical theatre audition workshops; D.A.R.E. America, through their D.A.R.E. P.L.U.S after school program; and for Camp Broadway. Anna serves as Co-Producing Artistic Director of Infinity Theatre Company, a Tony Award-winning theatre company that brought professional theater to Annapolis, MD for 10 years. Infinity Theatre Co-Produced the Broadway revival of Pippin and was the lead producer on the Broadway revival of Dames at Sea. As Executive Director of Arts For All, Anna looks forward to continually spreading Arts For All’s mission to in-need youth communities so that deserving children all over NYC have the opportunity to explore the arts!
Serra Kook – Program Manager
Serra obtained her BA in Global Studies and Printmaking from The New School’s Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts and Parsons School of Design. Raised in the non-profit visual arts community, she spent her childhood as an arts student immersed in a wide range of artistic mediums. In addition to volunteering with numerous nonprofit organizations, Serra has worked at The Latin School of Chicago and as a writer for Ten Thirty Media magazines.
Guided by her own creative practice and deep commitments to community building, Serra explores themes of intersectionality and identity, and believes that accessible arts programming and education are essential for building connection and belonging.
Serra is thrilled to be a member of the Arts For All Team and looks forward to helping reflect the mission of accessibility, equity, and joy across the arts.
Casey Dath – Development Associate
Casey Dath is a development and arts administrator with a track record of supporting arts nonprofits through grant writing, individual giving management, and operational expertise. With a B.A. in Management of Music Enterprise from CUNY Baruch, Casey brings experience from off-Broadway theater, previously working as Director of Sales at Teatro SEA on the Lower East Side and as Company Manager for Katonah Classic Stage in the Hudson Valley, as well as from cultural institutions such as the Neue Galerie New York, coordinating teams, budgets, tours, and events while strengthening fundraising and membership efforts. Casey is currently Operations and Grants Manager at Ronald K. Brown/EVIDENCE, A Dance Company as well as Development Associate at Arts For All. Casey is motivated by expanding equitable access to arts education and creating opportunities for all communities, especially young people, to grow and see their stories reflected through the arts.
Janeen Megloranzo – Marketing Manager & Programming Assistant
Janeen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Culture and Communication Studies with a concentration in Mass Media from New York University. Through different paths of her career, Janeen has experience in several mediums of media including radio promotions at 95.5 WPLJ, live sports television at MSG Networks, where she worked as a production assistant on NY Rangers telecasts and later as the programming manager for both regional networks and most recently as a library assistant at the International Center of Photography. Her passion for live music has taken her near and far from local venues like Radio City Music Hall to The Gorge in Washington State as well as opportunities to write reviews, features and interviews for a music blog.
An avid coffee drinker (ask anyone who knows her), Janeen is excited to be an official part of Arts For All, a wonderful program that she remembers during its infancy as Community Connections at NYU that has blossomed into the incredible organization it is today.
