Everyday Moves with Ms. Nami is a playful, hands-on movement video series for young learners. Across three 10-minute episodes, students explore sound, line, and shape through rhythm, imagination, and full-body movement—using simple, everyday materials to spark creativity and joyful expression.
Episode 1: Shake, Listen, and Move!: Students explore rhythm, tempo, and dynamics using water bottle shakers. Through shaking, bouncing, marching, and jumping, they discover how sound can change the way their bodies feel and move.
Episode 2: Floating Lines with Scarves!: using scarves and drawing, students explore different kinds of lines. Movement pathways come to life as scarves float, wave, and swirl through space—connecting visual lines to full-body movement.
Episode 3: Shapes and Rhythms with Sticks!: using rolled-newspaper rhythm sticks, students create shapes and lines using their arms, bodies, and space. Tapping patterns, body shapes, and freestyle movement help students explore rhythm, direction, and form in a playful, expressive way.
